‘Spring evening’ is an original oil painting that I developed from a smaller study. The study was painted on the spot on Chorleywood common in the last couple of hours of sunlight. I then enlarged and developed the study to make this painting. I painted this with artist quality oil paint on a sturdy hand-made canvas panel.
