Bristol St Mary Redcliffe oil painting
St Mary Redcliffe is situated next to Bristol floating harbour. During a short work contract at the nearby Aardman Animation studios I would see this view every morning. These January mornings were crystal clear and very cold and the church spire would catch the rising sun whilst the harbour was still in shadow.
