Selsey Bill last light oil painting
The subject of this 12×24 ins oil painting is the view of Selsey Bill, from East Wittering, in late afternoon sun. The painting was developed from an initial 6×12 ins pastel drawing which was exhibited in the Royal Society Of Marine Artists 2025 exhibition at the Mall Galleries in London. The original pastel drawing can be seen here. This larger oil painting allowed a wider variety in the colour.
