Drawings, urban, landscape, coastal and portraits.
Drawings made with Cretacolor Sanquine Oil pencils. Urban, landscape and coastal drawings are made in-situ, in front of the subject. I prefer the sanguine ‘oil’ because they don’t smudge so easily, and I love the colour. The paper is an acid-free cartridge paper, either loose sheets or in a Daler Rowney sketchbook.
Trafalgar Square London
These are sanguine oil drawings made in sketchbooks at Trafalgar Square in London. I spent approximately thirty minutes on each drawing and the aim was to make a larger version at a later time. Click on a thumbnail for an enlargement and more information.
